General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ba999app ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ba999app platform available at ba999app.ws. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on ba999app, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.

ba999app operates as an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving players located in Bangladesh. All services offered on the platform — including live casino games, slot games, crash games, and sports betting — are provided in Bangladeshi Taka ( ৳) and are subject to these Terms.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version. ba999app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at ba999app.ws/terms-conditions. The date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of ba999app following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using ba999app and, if you hold an account, contact support via Live Chat to request account closure. ba999app's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and ba999app.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and place bets on ba999app, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number associated with a Bangladeshi SIM. You agree to keep this information accurate and up to date at all times. ba999app is not responsible for account access issues, failed payment notifications, or missed promotional communications that result from inaccurate registration data.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ba999app account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms. Where ba999app identifies duplicate accounts, the following actions may be taken at ba999app's sole discretion: all duplicate accounts will be closed; bonus funds in any of the duplicate accounts will be forfeited; net winnings derived from bonus funds across duplicate accounts may be voided; and the primary account may be suspended pending an investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba999app login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ba999app will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ba999app support immediately via Live Chat so that the account can be secured.

• Registration is open to residents of Bangladesh who are 18 years of age or older.
• Players must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number at registration — this number is used for account verification and payment processing.
• ba999app reserves the right to request identity documents (National ID, passport, or driving licence) at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Accounts registered with false information may be closed without notice and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.
• Corporate or business entity registrations are not permitted — ba999app accounts are for individual natural persons only.
• Players who have previously self-excluded from ba999app are not permitted to re-register. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ba999app supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. ba999app does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are also processed without a ba999app-imposed fee, though your bank may apply its own standard transfer charges.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your BDT Wallet instantly following confirmation from the payment provider. ba999app is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 15 minutes of a confirmed payment, contact Live Chat support with your transaction reference number and the issue will be investigated promptly.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification check before processing. ba999app reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or proof of address before releasing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure applied fairly to all players. Providing false or altered documents in connection with a withdrawal request constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via any supported payment method.
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000. Requests exceeding this amount may be processed in multiple tranches at ba999app's discretion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded minus any payment provider fees.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a formal payment method change request has been approved by ba999app's finance team.
• ba999app reserves the right to impose enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or on accounts with unusual transaction patterns.
• Real-money balances (not derived from bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification requirements being met.

Bonus Terms

ba999app offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions. Where a conflict exists between these general Bonus Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.

All bonuses at ba999app carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must place total bets of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the time the bonus is offered. ba999app does not retroactively increase wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, wagering requirements at ba999app may be met by playing slot games (contribution: 100%), crash games (contribution: 100%), live casino table games (contribution: 10%), and sports betting (contribution: 10%). Certain game categories, game providers, or specific titles may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions entirely — these exclusions are listed in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets on excluded game categories while a bonus is active does not contribute to the wagering requirement and may result in the bonus being voided if the platform determines the activity was intended to circumvent wagering conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance section of your BDT Wallet and are kept separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a wagering requirement is met, the outstanding bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry window (typically 7–30 days depending on the promotion), the bonus and associated winnings expire and are removed from the account.
• Players may opt out of receiving a bonus at the point of deposit by not selecting a bonus offer. ba999app does not force bonuses onto deposits.
• ba999app reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus will not be affected by mid-campaign changes to that specific bonus.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• ba999app reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine gameplay.

User Obligations

As a registered player at ba999app, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree that all funds deposited into your BDT Wallet are from legitimate sources and that you are not using ba999app to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any form of financial crime including money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion. ba999app cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to any investigation of financial crime conducted through or involving the platform.

You agree not to use any software, algorithm, bot, script, or other automated tool to interact with ba999app in a way that is not authorised by ba999app. This includes but is not limited to automated betting systems, game-exploitation scripts, odds-scraping tools, and any software designed to give you an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's game mathematics. ba999app monitors platform activity for automated behaviour and reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be using such tools, with associated winnings voided.

You agree to treat ba999app's customer support staff and other players with respect in all communications. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language directed at ba999app staff or other players via Live Chat, email, or any other communication channel is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

• You must not attempt to access other players' accounts, harvest other players' data, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure.
• You must not use a VPN, proxy server, or any IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to make it appear that you are accessing ba999app from a different location than your actual location in Bangladesh.
• You must not collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or bonus calculations in any way that is not consistent with normal individual gameplay.
• You must promptly notify ba999app if you become aware of any error, glitch, or malfunction affecting the platform's games, payment systems, or odds display. Exploiting a known error rather than reporting it is a breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from your ba999app winnings under applicable Bangladeshi law. ba999app does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax liability arising from your gameplay.

Age Restriction & Verification

ba999app operates a strict minimum age policy. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any real-money game or betting activity on the platform. This restriction applies to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. There are no exceptions to the 18+ minimum age rule.

ba999app employs automated age-estimation checks at the point of registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable identity documents for age verification include: a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid Bangladeshi driving licence. Where identity documents are requested, they must be submitted within 72 hours of the request being made. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within this timeframe will result in account suspension until the verification is completed.

If ba999app determines at any point — including after a player has deposited and played — that the player was under 18 years of age at the time of registration, the account will be immediately closed. Any deposits made by the under-18 player will be refunded to the original payment method. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage play will be voided and will not be paid out. ba999app takes underage gambling seriously and will report confirmed cases to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

ba999app also complies with self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming policy. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from ba999app are prohibited from attempting to re-register. If ba999app identifies that a self-excluded player has re-registered — whether under the same or different personal details — the new account will be closed, any deposits refunded, and any winnings voided. The self-exclusion period will reset from the date of the re-registration attempt.

Account Suspension & Closure

ba999app reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime; provision of false registration information; use of automated tools or cheating software; abusive conduct toward staff or players; confirmed underage status; or activity that ba999app determines in its sole discretion to pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via the email address on file. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or request withdrawals. The outcome of the investigation will be communicated to the player within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that no breach of Terms has occurred, the account will be reinstated with full balance intact. If a breach is confirmed, ba999app will determine the appropriate action including permanent closure and partial or full forfeiture of funds depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting ba999app Live Chat support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. • Accounts that have been inactive (no login activity) for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. ba999app will send a notification to the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee of ৳200 per month. Dormancy fees apply only to accounts with a remaining balance — zero-balance dormant accounts are closed without charge.
• Players may request reactivation of a dormant account at any time by contacting Live Chat support and completing any outstanding identity verification requirements.
• Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by ba999app or the player — all personal data will be retained in accordance with ba999app's Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

Limitation of Liability

ba999app provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ba999app invests significantly in platform reliability, uptime, and security, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily limit platform availability. ba999app will endeavour to carry out scheduled maintenance during off-peak hours (typically 02:00–06:00 BST) and to notify players in advance where possible.

ba999app shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from: platform downtime or interruptions; errors in game software provided by third-party providers; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners); or any event outside ba999app's reasonable control including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government-imposed internet restrictions in Bangladesh.

In the event of a technical error that results in a game outcome being displayed incorrectly, ba999app reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's BDT Wallet. No claim for winnings that would have been generated had the error not occurred will be entertained. This policy applies equally to live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, crash games, and sports betting markets.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and ba999app regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties on the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
